Client Agreement (Digital Acceptance)

By proceeding with onboarding or using platform features, you acknowledge and agree:

1. Nature of Engagement

• You are using a technology-enabled platform
• Services may include information, tools, and access to products
• No fiduciary or advisory relationship is assumed unless separately agreed

2. Suitability & Decisions

• You are responsible for evaluating suitability of investments
• All investment decisions are made at your own discretion

3. Data Usage

You consent to use of your data for:

• Profiling
• Personalization
• Platform improvement

As per the Privacy Policy.

4. Third-Party Products

• Investments may be executed through third-party providerss
• Their terms and risks apply independently

5. Risk Acknowledgement

You confirm that:

• You understand investment risks
• You are aware of possible losses
• You accept responsibility for outcomes

6. Digital Consent

• Your acceptance (checkbox / click) constitutes a valid agreement
• No physical signature is required

7. Right to Exit

• You may discontinue use at any time
• Existing investments remain subject to respective product terms

8. Limitation of Responsibility

We are not responsible for:

• Market losses
• Third-party product performance
• Delays or errors beyond reasonable control
